Eligibility

Because BrightMind sells digital products, refunds are only granted within 7 days of purchase, and only if the file is corrupted, materially not as described, or was purchased in error and not yet downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support at olatundeajayi87@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for change of mind after a file has been downloaded, or for purchases older than 7 days.
